Police are appealing for witnesses, information, and dash cam footage following a road traffic collision in Eastleigh that left a woman with minor injuries.
The incident happened at around 2.25pm on Tuesday, 26 August, on Shakespeare Road at the junction with Woodside Avenue. A van struck a pedestrian with one of its wing mirrors as it passed. Thankfully, the woman was only slightly hurt.
After the collision, the van was seen turning left onto Woodside Avenue. Officers are now working to identify the driver and are urging them—or anyone who knows who they are—to come forward.
Police are also keen to hear from anyone who saw the incident or has dash cam footage that might assist with the investigation.
